Users praise Doxis platform from SER

According to the independent benchmark study “Professional User Rating: Digital Solutions 2023” by techconsusslt, the SER Group’s (www.sergroup.com) Doxis Contract Management has been awarded ‘Champion’ status once again across the categories ‘innovation’, ‘solution benefits’, ‘overall portfolio’, ‘price model’ and ‘deployment options’.
 
A total of 2,000 application users were surveyed about their contract management solutions based on 55 criteria and 14 subcategories.  Of the 37 contract management solutions covered by the study, Doxis garnered the title of ‘Champion’ for the second year in a row.
 
Based on a vendor’s excellence in terms of both its solution and the company itself, SER also received top scores in the customer-centric categories of ‘sustainability’ and ‘customer information, training and consultation’, and scored the highest in the category ‘user loyalty’.
