Renewtrak opens global HQ

Intelligent customer managed solutions provider, Renewtrak (www.renewtrak.com) has opened a new global HQ in Palo Alto, CA, to cater for the growing demand of its solutions.

The company has 4 offices around the globe, and the service supports 32 currencies, 24 languages, saves the client an annual revenue of 45.4% and can increase average client profit by 62.9%.  No renewal is too small with the lowest value opportunity closed being $9.41.  The service is also ISO 27001 certified.

A recent significant win for Renewtrak has been its work with Ingram Micro.  As Kelly Eyerman, GM Software, Ingram Micro explained, “Renewtrak have automated a notoriously complex part of our business.  All our specific software vendor renewals are issued, more efficiently, to more partners which generates more revenue and more margin.  Their professional and automated approach to this part of the business has been a welcome improvement on our sales of renewals.  Our vendors and partners are seeing a difference and we are leveraging the ability to proactively upsell and cross sell solutions.”

Speaking at NetEvents in San Jose about the launch, CEO and Founder Nick McMenemy said, “We are thrilled with the service and extremely excited to showcase our early wins and joint successes with some of the world’s largest tech companies and look forward to working with many more here in the US from our new Global HQ.”

“This is a game-changing service that has solved the many pain points of the renewals process for our customers as well as bringing huge savings through our pay-for-performance commercial model” McMenemy continued, “We’ve been working diligently with several key clients and can finally publicly share our service and officially launch our HQ in Palo Alto.”
