To help organizations unlock access to IBM i series data to the AWS Cloud in real-time, data integrity leader Precisely (www.precisely.com) is working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to expand AWS Mainframe Modernization Data Replication.

IBM i systems play a role for many organizations with transaction processing needs, but as companies strive to become more data-led, the pressure is on these businesses to ensure that valuable data residing on IBM i systems can be reliably accessed for agile and confident decision-making.  In a recent survey (www.itjungle.com/2023/10/18/what-the-latest-all400s-survey-tells-us-about-the-ibm-i-community) of IBM i users, 50% of respondents say they are considering either migration or modernization initiatives, with 17% confirming that these plans will be completed in the next five years.
