Data integrity leader, Precisely appoints Matt Waxman as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO), tasking him with leading global product strategy and accelerating innovation across its portfolio.

Bringing more than two decades of experience leading enterprise software product organizations, including developing large-scale data platforms, Waxman previously held senior leadership roles at Veritas, Cohesity, Puppet, and Dell EMC.

With his deep experience in data management, cyber resilience, SaaS, and AI adoption, Waxman will play a central role in advancing Precisely’s vision for “agentic-ready” data – data optimized for use in AI-driven and autonomous systems.

“As organizations move from experimenting with AI to deploying autonomous systems at scale, the integrity and usability of their data become mission-critical,” says Walid Abu-Hadba, CEO, Precisely.  “Matt’s deep experience building and scaling enterprise data platforms will be instrumental as we continue advancing our portfolio and helping customers prepare their data for the next generation of AI-driven applications.”

“AI is fundamentally changing how organizations use data, but the success of those systems depends entirely on the quality and context of the data behind them,” adds Waxman.  “Precisely has built a powerful foundation in data integrity. We have a unique opportunity to evolve that foundation and help organizations unlock greater value from their trusted data across the enterprise.”

Waxman’s appointment underscores Precisely’s commitment to closing the AI data integrity gap.  Its Data Integrity Suite helps organizations deliver high-quality, integrated, governed, and enriched data to power AI, automation, and analytics.
