NETSCOUT transforms Omnis AI Insights 

Observability, AIOps, cybersecurity, and DDoS attack protection solutions leader, NETSCOUT SYSTEMS announces the extension of the NETSCOUT Omnis™ AI Insights solution to transform raw network data from communications service providers (CSPs) into AI-ready smart data that can deploy AI agents to improve the customer experience, whilst at the same time enhancing network security, reduce costs and decrease risk.

A recent McKinsey & Company
survey of telco operators reveals that whilst 64% of telcos say that the introduction of AI agents is a key driver when scaling their AI efforts, 45% report data has become the primary inhibitor to their scaling efforts.
