Netcompany wins Emerging Tech Award

International IT services company, Netcompany (www.netcompany.com) together with the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) wins the ‘Emerging Technology of the Year’ Award in the Technology Excellence Category at the 2022 UK IT Industry Awards.

The award consolidates Netcompany’s rapidly growing UK presence and proves the effectiveness of the technology designed for the NHS Covid Pass, and the vital role that the NHS Covid Pass has played towards safely reopening British society.

Providing a secure and accessible way for citizens to share their Covid-19 status or prove their vaccination status when travelling internationally, Netcompany delivered the service rapidly with the design highly componentized, modular and agile in its architecture.

In addition to winning the Emerging Technology of the Year category at the UK IT Industry Awards, Netcompany and DHSC were also highly commended in the ‘Best Healthcare IT Project of the Year 2022’ category for Covid Pass.
