MCP server support for Precisely portfolio

AI agents can now connect to trusted enterprise data and customer communications workflows more easily, following the launch of Model Context Protocol (MCP) server support across multiple products from Precisely.

The new servers allow MCP-compatible AI agents and assistants to access the data management and customer communications capabilities organizations already rely on, without the need to build custom integrations.

As businesses accelerate AI adoption, many are discovering that the reliability of AI depends on the quality of the data and processes behind it.  Connecting AI agents to accurate, governed and enriched enterprise data, however, can require specialist tools and complex integrations.  Precisely aims to remove these barriers, helping organizations put AI to work more easily while maintaining trust in the data and workflows that support it.

“For decades, organizations have relied on Precisely to help keep their data visible, reliable, accountable, and complete,” says Matt Waxman, Chief Product Officer, Precisely.  “AI is becoming a primary way people interact with enterprise systems, often through natural language, and agents are increasingly taking action across business and communications workflows.  That leaves less room for error, particularly in regulated industries.  AI agents need access to the same trusted data management capabilities and established controls organizations already rely on.”

Initial MCP server support enables MCP-compatible AI agents and assistants to work across Precisely products including Precisely Automate, Precisely Data360, Precisely EngageOne™ , Precisely EnterWorks™, Precisely Spectrum, Precisely Trillium, and Precisely Syncsort™.
