Hennings appointed CCO at SER
Seasoned customer experience and professional services leader in the software sector, Martin Hennings is now the new Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and a member of the executive leadership team at SERgroup (www.sergroup.com).
In his role as Chief Customer Officer, Hennings will be responsible for all post-sales customer-facing activities, including Professional Services and Customer Operations.
“My goals as CCO are very clear: One, I want us to think big about customer experience (CX) – how can we further drive value for our customers. Two, I want to empower the SER team to deliver next generation Intelligent Content Automation solutions in a way that both meets customer demands and ensures a highly sustainable business for SER,” says Martin Hennings, Chief Customer Officer, SER. “SER already has the best solutions and the best team in the market. I look forward to building on this foundation.”
Hennings takes over the role from Sven Oliver Behrendt, who was a Member of the Management Board and spearheaded SER’s Customer Operations and Professional Services for nearly three decades. “Sven was a valuable member of our team and highly regarded by our customers. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for his dedication and excellent work. We wish him all the best in his next career step,” says Dr. John Bates, CEO, SER.
