Conga strong in EMEA

Digital Document Transformation leader, Conga (https://conga.com/) reports tremendous momentum in EMEA, highlighted by: doubled bookings within the region year-over-year (Q2 over Q2); the opening of its new Paris office; the expansion of its workforce in EMEA, with more than 30 new hires since February 2019; and new capabilities for Conga Sign, its eSignature Solution.

Conga has been servicing its EMEA customers from its global headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado since September 2018.  Establishing a team in its new Paris office covering pre-sales and ongoing technical support, marketing, commercial and customer success, is Conga servicing EMEA customers more closely.

As Matt Tuson, SVP and managing director EMEA at Conga explains, “This investment in France demonstrates our commitment to growing Conga’s presence and supporting our customers across EMEA on their Digital Transformation journeys.”

To meet growing demand from customers in EMEA, Conga has announced Signer Languages for Conga Sign, allowing automated emails and in-platform signing instruction to be presented in the signer’s preferred language.  Conga Sign supports English (default language), French and German in the signing instructions and user interface.  With Signer Languages, senders can select a sign language for the recipient at the time of creating the transaction or the signer may select the language once in the Conga Sign UI.  This ensures that the signer receives all system-generated messages in that language.

“As the speed of business accelerates and commerce becomes increasingly automated, signatures are more important than ever – however, the signature process can often take days, especially when language barriers exist,” says Doug Rybacki, chief technology officer at Conga.  “This new capability provides a localized experience, enabling French and German speakers to sign documents and validate agreements in minutes.”

As Conga continues its drive across Europe, vice president of Northern Europe, Mark Dunn will be responsible for driving sales, support and customer success in the region.

Phil Denham joins the company as vice president of solution engineering and will be responsible for the technical selling, building and delivery of Conga EMEA, and as digital transformation officer, Ash Finnegan will be working with customers and partners on their transformation programmes.

“We are delighted to welcome Mark, Phil and Ash to the Conga team in Europe – and we are excited to see what their experience can bring to our customers in the region,” said Tuson.  “It was our continued momentum in the EMEA region that led us to the hiring of Mark, Phil and Ash.  We see an opportunity to expand our Digital Document Transformation Suite and help businesses across Europe realize the true benefits of simplifying and automating business processes.”

“The company’s strong momentum in Europe is a testament to the critical role that documents play in a true business transformation”, says Tuson.  “This is an exciting time for Conga in EMEA, and I’m excited to see the company continue to grow.”
