Conga gets new people officer

Global leader in commercial operations transformation, Conga (https://conga.com) appoints Dayna Perry as Chief People Officer (CPO).  Her appointment is one of several executive new hires recently announced, including the addition of Randy Littleson as Chief Marketing Officer, Eric Salava as Chief Revenue Officer, and Grant Peterson as Chief Product Officer.

Perry brings extensive experience leading global HR teams.  Prior to joining Conga, Perry spent her 25 plus year career working with a variety of notable companies in e-commerce, mobile, software, financial, and manufacturing sectors.  She has a wide range of experience partnering with the business and creating and delivering a positive employee experience.  Over the past seven years she has served in various senior leadership roles at Amazon, supporting its International Consumer Business, Amazon Operations, and Worldwide Customer Service.

Commenting on her appointment, Perry says, “Conga’s commitment to build a truly people-focused culture drew me to this unique opportunity.  I look forward to working with the talented team at Conga to scale the people processes and capabilities in readiness for the next chapter of business growth.”

“As Conga continues to grow and evolve as a global organization, we are very excited to welcome Dayna to the team.  Her extensive experience building healthy and sustainable organizations – complemented by her deep-rooted passion for open and collaborative cultures – makes her the ideal fit for the CPO role,” comments Noel Goggin, CEO, Conga.  “Dayna exudes positive energy, and her commitment to achieving together aligns perfectly with the Conga way.  We couldn’t be happier to have her lead our global people team and, with this gap now filled, we have an executive leadership team primed for the next phase of Conga’s journey.”

Perry will lead all colleague-related functions, including corporate social responsibility, HR business partnering, engagement, internal communications, leadership development, and total rewards and HRIS.

Perry holds both a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
