Business Systems on Network Services 2 Framework

Voice recording and enterprise workforce optimization solutions provider, Business Systems (www.businesssystemsuk.co.uk) has been named as a supplier for Lot 13 of the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Network Services 2 framework for contact centre services.

Lot 13 specifically relates to the provision of technology that enables outbound contact, response to an incoming contact and the ability to route the contact to a predefined destination and associated equipment maintenance and support.  Public sector customers are expected to benefit from flexible contracts, lower costs and increased efficiency.

“We already have a range of valued public sector customers, including the Home Office and Gwent Police, so we fully expect that joining Network Services 2 will help us to continue to grow our public sector business,” says Richard Mill, Managing Director, Business Systems.

“As one of only 40 suppliers in Lot 13 we believe Business Systems can provide highly competitive and effective call centre solutions to public sector organisations of all types and sizes.”
Under the agreement Business Systems will provide call and contact centre services to all UK public sector organizations.

This second iteration of the Network Services framework features 95 suppliers, 58% of which are SMEs
